Born in the city of Padang on November 7, 1978, Andre Rosiade is a politician from the Gerindra Party and has been serving as a Member of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) since 2019. Andre Rosiade is an alumnus of the Accounting Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti, graduating in 2002. During his time at Universitas Trisakti, Andre Rosiade served as the President of the Student Executive Board (BEM) for the 2000-2001 period and as the Chairman of the Indonesian Muslim Student Action Unity (KAMMI) for West Jakarta during the same period. Some of the important positions held by Andre Rosiade currently include Deputy Secretary-General of the Gerindra Party’s Central Executive Board and as a member of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association (HIPMI) for West Sumatra.
