Vision of Universitas Trisakti 

To become a reliable university with international standards, while maintaining local values in developing science, technology, arts, and culture to improve quality of life and civilization.

Mission of Universitas Trisakti

  1. To enhance Universitas Trisakti’s role in producing human resources with intellectual capabilities, international standards, and the Trikrama Trisakti character through education and teaching activities.

  2. To improve research activities aimed at developing science, technology, and arts based on local values to address national issues and enhance the quality of life and civilization.

  3. To increase Universitas Trisakti’s role in supporting the needs of society and industry through community service activities.

  4. To strengthen Universitas Trisakti’s commitment to upholding good university governance.


Objectives

  1. To make Universitas Trisakti an internationally recognized institution that still upholds local values in mastering science, technology, and arts in line with modern developments, adhering to the Noble Values of Universitas Trisakti (Piety, Diligence, Skill; Sharpening, Loving, Nurturing; Warrior, Loyal, Sportive).

  2. To produce graduates with high moral character, broad knowledge, intelligence, health, independence, innovation, communication and teamwork skills, and entrepreneurial spirit (entrepreneurship), while respecting the nation’s diversity and embodying the spirit of the “Campus of Reform Fighters.”

  3. To realize an academic culture that fosters personal development through productive, effective, and efficient learning processes to build a civilized society.

  4. To create a research culture that contributes real work benefiting society, the nation, the state, and humanity.

  5. To produce human resources capable of mastering, developing, and producing science, technology, arts, and culture based on local values as the nation’s comparative advantage.

  6. To develop partnerships with other higher education institutions, industries, government, and civil society organizations both domestically and internationally.

  7. To strengthen management’s commitment to upholding good university governance to ensure the well-being of campus members and maintain Universitas Trisakti’s excellence.


Targets

  1. To produce graduates who are reliable and capable of working both domestically and internationally, and to develop internationally standardized study programs that meet the needs of society, industry, and government.

  2. To produce human resources capable of mastering science, technology, and arts based on their respective disciplines.

  3. To provide high-quality facilities and infrastructure for the university, including a high-quality Management Information System.

  4. To increase facilities and infrastructure for student development activities and ease communication between alumni and alma mater.

  5. To produce internationally standardized scientific works, research, and creations by the academic community.

  6. To improve the quality of academic and non-academic services in an effective, efficient, and integrated manner.

  7. To foster and maintain cooperative relationships with stakeholders through a productive, open, collegial, effective, and efficient work culture and ethos in the fields of science, technology, and arts, including languages, sports, and culture.

  8. To increase the availability of funds through obtaining primary funding sources and diversifying funding sources, as well as increasing the Sustainable Reserve Fund.

  9. To improve the welfare of both academic and non-academic staff through the provision of compensation, opportunities for competence development, and self-actualization in accordance with professionalism, linking performance evaluations with the provision of rewards (salary, bonuses, training opportunities, promotions), and sanctions to increase work motivation, work culture, ethos, openness, and collegiality.

  10. To provide human resources capable of leading and managing higher education institutions responsibly, professionally, loyally, and critically towards the alma mater, based on the principles of transparency, democratic leadership, and concern for institutional performance through development opportunities and training for campus members.

  11. To strengthen relationships between alumni and their alma mater, improve communication between parents and the institution, and increase alumni involvement in the academic quality development and campus life, as well as provide alumni tracking data (tracer study).

  12. To increase the number of faculty members involved in activities initiated by the Affiliated Body through increased demand for activities and cooperation with other institutions.


Universitas Trisakti Emblem

The emblem of the University and the Faculty colors at Universitas Trisakti are as stipulated in Article 8 of the Universitas Trisakti Statute of 2023, which are:

  1. The University emblem is black and consists of a Trident symbolizing the Tridharma of Higher Education, standing on five roots representing the Pancasila principle.
  2. Faculty emblems follow the same shape and color as the Universitas Trisakti emblem.
  3. Faculty colors follow the respective Faculty’s colors.

 

       

Details/Explanation:

  1. The emblem uses black for the Trident image and the text “UNIVERSITAS TRISAKTI,” which is unified as one.
  2. The proportion ratio of width to height is seven (7) to six (6).
  3. The name “UNIVERSITAS TRISAKTI” is written in Indonesian using Arial font and in uppercase letters. It is not translated into other languages.
  4. The text “UNIVERSITAS TRISAKTI” is placed below the emblem and aligned with the Trident image, with the text width matching the width of the Trident image.
  5. The distance between the Trident image and the text “UNIVERSITAS TRISAKTI” should be equal to the height of the text.
