Jakarta, Sunday, June 29, 2025 — Universitas Trisakti has once again demonstrated its commitment to supporting the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through an event titled “Resilient MSMEs Rise with Universitas Trisakti”, held on the 12th floor of Building M, Campus A, Universitas Trisakti, West Jakarta.

Carrying the overarching theme “Introducing Innovation and Technology to Boost Competitiveness,” the event aimed to strengthen the role of MSMEs in addressing the challenges of the digital era, while enhancing the capabilities of business actors through innovation and the application of appropriate technology.

The event was attended by various MSME practitioners from the Tangerang and South Tangerang regions.

The program opened with remarks from Mr. Adi Ansyah, Chairperson of Tangguh Berkibar, followed by Mr. Ir. Sigit Samsu, Advisor to the Rector of Universitas Trisakti and a prominent entrepreneur. Remarks were also delivered by Mr. Ir. Yoska Oktaviano, MT, Vice Rector III of Universitas Trisakti and Advisor to Tangguh Berkibar.

The event continued with the reading of a Decree by Mr. Adi Ansyah regarding the official inauguration of the Tangerang City Regional Leadership Council (DPD) of Tangguh Berkibar, which included a ceremonial handover of uniforms.

The first speaker, Mr. Cakra Wira Wiyata, delivered a presentation titled “Digitalization and Growth Strategies”, emphasizing the importance of digital transformation in MSME operations to remain competitive amidst rapid technological developments. He also shared digital-based business growth strategies relevant to today’s market conditions.

Next, Mr. Hendra OB led an interactive session titled “Live Selling Practice on TikTok Shop.” In this session, participants were guided through hands-on demonstrations on how to effectively sell products using the TikTok platform, including tips for creating engaging content, maximizing live streaming features, and building interaction with audiences.

Participants gained valuable insights and direct training from experienced experts in their respective fields.

This initiative is expected to provide MSMEs with the knowledge and tools needed to build a stronger, more resilient, and competitive business ecosystem—both nationally and globally—in today’s era of globalization.
