The Alumni Association of Civil Engineering and Planning (IKA FTSP) Universitas Trisakti successfully held its Halalbihalal event under the theme “Gratitude and Hope: Moving Forward Together” on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at the Function Hall, Pavilion Apartment, Central Jakarta. The event served as a reunion, a space to share stories, and an opportunity to strengthen synergy among alumni across different graduating classes.
The event was attended by alumni ranging from the 1960s to the 2000s, along with IKA FTSP committee members, including Treasurer I Shanti Handamari H., Treasurer II Indra Dwi Sasongko, Internal Program Coordinator Muhammad Raihan Athallah, Deputy Internal Program Coordinator Jovani Bernika, External Program Coordinator Reza Nur Muharam, and Graphics and Media Coordinator Muhammad Ilham Nugroho.
The event opened with remarks from Raja M.L. Tobing, who expressed gratitude for the enthusiastic turnout and hoped the gathering would serve as a moment to deepen alumni connections.
In his speech, Leonard Tambunan, Chairman of IKA FTSP, emphasized the importance of maintaining strong alumni ties as a familial bond.
“We are not merely sharing moments together, but also building our future together. Through collaboration, we can create opportunities for continued growth in our respective careers by working hand in hand with the Alumni Association,” said Leonard.
Syafaat Perdana of IKA Trisakti also delivered remarks, highlighting a message from the Chairman of IKA Trisakti, Maman Abdulrachman, on the importance of the “Back to Barracks” spirit and maintaining alumni solidarity and integrity in support of Universitas Trisakti.
“As members of the Trisakti family, we must continue to support one another, uphold our alma mater’s dignity, and actively contribute to the advancement of Trisakti,” he conveyed.
In addition to FTSP alumni, the event was also attended by alumni association leaders from various faculties, colleges, and educational units within the Trisakti Education Group, all of whom offered encouragement and support for fostering greater synergy among Trisakti alumni as a whole.
Silmy Karim, Chairman of the IKA Trisakti Supervisory Board and Deputy Minister of Immigration and Correctional Affairs, also gave a speech urging alumni to uphold integrity and make positive contributions to society.
“Wherever we are, as Trisakti alumni, let us uphold the good name of our alma mater and contribute to the nation’s progress,” he said.
The program continued with a sermon and prayer led by Drs. H. Ahmad Yani, followed by a communal lunch and networking session.
This event is expected to strengthen alumni collaboration, broaden professional networks, and enhance the role of alumni in various sectors of national development.
