He encouraged students to make the most of this experience by learning diligently, adapting to professional environments, and building valuable networks for their future careers. He also highlighted the importance of upholding integrity, creativity, and dedication in every assigned task to bring pride to Universitas Trisakti.
Richy Wijaya W, SE, MM, CRA, CRP, CIFM., Head of the Universitas Trisakti Career Center, shared insights on various aspects of the internship program, including its timeline and the essential skills required in the professional world. His session aimed to help students set clear goals and identify pathways to secure internships and even employment at their desired companies.
The keynote speaker, Dr. Deasy Aseanty, MM, CHRMP., emphasized the need for students to sharpen their critical and creative thinking skills based on Bloom’s Taxonomy by asking questions, analyzing problems, and offering innovative solutions. In addressing current HR challenges, she urged students to stay updated on industry trends, participate in training programs, and develop a strong personal brand. In the era of the Industrial Revolution, technological proficiency and adaptability serve as significant advantages, making it essential for students to enhance their digital skills and demonstrate their ability to learn quickly. Furthermore, understanding societal developments, sustainability values, and work ethics can further boost their competitiveness. From an HR perspective, students must exhibit professionalism, a strong willingness to learn, and effective communication and collaboration skills to secure and thrive in their careers.
To provide real-life insights, the event featured a sharing session with Belva Luthfiah Andini and Benediktus Prayoga Wijayanto from the Faculty of Industrial Technology at Universitas Trisakti.
