To cultivate graduates with outstanding competencies in the professional world, the Career Center of Universitas Trisakti (UPT Pusat Karier) organized a seminar titled “IS YOUR MINDSET ALIGNED WITH YOUR FUTURE CAREER GOALS? Build the Right Foundation from the Start!” The event took place on Friday, February 21, 2025, at Building M, Campus A, Universitas Trisakti.

Addressing the seminar’s theme, the Rector of Universitas Trisakti, Prof. Ir. Kadarsah Suryadi, DEA., emphasized that this initiative is a strategic step to enhance graduates’ readiness for the workforce. Featuring speakers from Kinobi, the seminar provided valuable insights into labor market demands, essential skills, and strategies for navigating the recruitment process. Moreover, the event facilitated networking opportunities between students and companies, helping them secure positions aligned with their interests. Initiatives like this are crucial for improving graduates’ competitiveness and ensuring they are well-prepared for the challenges of the professional world.

The seminar also featured Dinda Angkotasan, a Customer Success Associate at Kinobi, who shared practical tips on acing job interviews and strategies for improving performance in one’s chosen career field.

Participants actively engaged in discussions with the speakers, making the session highly interactive. The seminar concluded with the presentation of tokens of appreciation and certificates to the speakers, followed by a group photo session.

It is hoped that this seminar will contribute to increasing the employment rate of Universitas Trisakti graduates in their targeted companies and institutions while fostering professionalism in their respective fields.
