Jakarta, November 17, 2024 – Universitas Trisakti hosted the Annual Medical Practitioner Meeting (AMPM) 2024, held in a hybrid format via Zoom and at the Auditorium of Campus B over two days (November 16–17, 2024). This event served as a vital platform for practitioners, academics, and medical students to exchange insights, discuss current issues in healthcare, and forge strategic collaborations, including the signing of an MoU between the Faculty of Medicine at Universitas Trisakti and Yayasan Pelita RASPRO Indonesia.

The event was officially opened by Vice Rector I of Universitas Trisakti, Dr. Ir. Muhammad Burhannudinnur, M.Sc., IPU, ASEAN Eng., and the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr. dr. Yenny Sp. FK. This initiative represents a concrete step toward fostering synergy between education, research, and medical practice.

On the final day, the AMPM 2024 seminar featured several international speakers, including:

• Prof. Yee Chun Chen: “Developing the Infection Control and Antimicrobial Stewardship Program in National Taiwan University Hospital as an Original Model” (National Taiwan University Hospital)
• Dr. Kalisvar Marimuthu: “Designing the Infection Control and Antimicrobial Stewardship Program in Tan Tock Seng Hospital-Singapore” (Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore)
• Dr. dr. Verawati Sudarma, Sp.GK: “Developing the TRAISE Learning Center for Academic Education and Research of Antimicrobial Stewardship Program in Indonesia” (Universitas Trisakti)

Through this seminar, participants not only strengthened collaborative networks but also reaffirmed Universitas Trisakti’s commitment to supporting innovation and development in the medical field. The interactive discussion sessions provided participants with the opportunity to address challenges in the medical sector, such as technology-based healthcare services and infectious disease management.

The event concluded with the signing of MoUs and a group photo session between Universitas Trisakti and various strategic partners, including hospitals, research institutions, and health technology companies.
