The Universitas Trisakti Student Association of the Urban and Regional Planning Department (HMJPL-USAKTI) Organizes the Plano Visit Program

As the next generation of the nation, students have an ideological role and responsibility as primary inheritors of the nation’s struggle and a professional responsibility to prepare themselves as experts in specific fields to actively contribute to future development. Additionally, students must adhere to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, which includes three key pillars: 1) Education and Teaching; 2) Research and Development; 3) Community Service. Furthermore, as Universitas Trisakti students, they are also guided by the Tri Krama of Universitas Trisakti, which encompasses three important principles: 1) Devotion, Diligence, and Skill; 2) Sharpen, Love, and Nurture; 3) Integrity, Loyalty, and Sportsmanship. These six principles serve as benchmarks for all student activities, particularly in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning at Universitas Trisakti.

The Plano Visit, organized by the Universitas Trisakti Student Association of the Urban and Regional Planning Department (HMJPL-USAKTI), is a visit or meeting with planning student associations from other universities in Indonesia conducted in person. This Plano Visit is an implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, particularly the second pillar: research and development. The program provides a platform for interaction among planning student associations across Indonesia. The activities will cover student association programs, urban and regional planning academics, and student organization discussions.

This event is expected to foster a pathway for Urban and Regional Planning departments across Indonesia to deepen their understanding of the scope of spatial and urban planning.
