The Department of Administrative Law at Universitas Trisakti’s Faculty of Law proudly presents a webinar titled “Implementation of Electronic Certificates: Opportunities & Challenges.”

With the enforcement of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/Ka. BPN) Regulation No. 3 of 2023 concerning the Issuance of Electronic Documents in Land Registration, the traditional analog land certificates are being replaced by electronic land certificates (e-Certificates). This shift represents a significant step forward in modernizing Indonesia’s land administration system.

In this webinar, we will explore how the implementation of electronic land certificates can enhance transparency, reduce disputes, and accelerate land administration processes. Additionally, the webinar will address the challenges that arise, including technical, regulatory, and on-the-ground issues.
