Prof. Dr. H. Amad Sudiro, S.H., M.H., M.Kn., M.M. is a lecturer in Law as well as a legal practitioner (Advocate and Arbitrator), holding leadership positions in several institutions and professional legal organizations. These include serving as Chairman of the National Executive Board of the Indonesian Legal Profession Association (DPN-APHI), Chairman of the Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Board for Indonesian Construction (BADAPSKI), Advisor to the Association of Indonesian Law School Leaders (APPTHI), and Trustee of the Central Executive Board of the Indonesian Doctor of Law Association (DPP-ADHI).

Currently, this 1990 graduate of the Faculty of Law at Universitas Trisakti has been appointed as the Rector of Tarumanagara University for the 2024–2028 term.
