Jakarta, August 23, 2024 – Universitas Trisakti has once again demonstrated its commitment to enhancing campus services and facilities with the inauguration of Usakti Prima Medika and Usakti Foodhall. These two new facilities were inaugurated by the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs (Menkopolhukam), Air Chief Marshal (Ret.) Dr. (H.C.) Hadi Tjahjanto, S.I.P, represented by Dr. Janedjri M. Gaffar, M.Si., Deputy VI for National Unity, Coordinating Ministry for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, on August 23, 2024, in an event attended by university leaders, faculty, students, staff, and other invited guests.

Usakti Prima Medika is established as a comprehensive healthcare center aimed at meeting the medical needs of students, faculty, and the general public. This facility is equipped with modern medical equipment and experienced healthcare professionals ready to provide high-quality health services. The presence of Usakti Prima Medika reflects Universitas Trisakti’s commitment to the health and well-being of its academic community.

Dr. Janedjri M. Gaffar, M.Si., stated that the existence of healthcare facilities on campus is an important part of a holistic educational ecosystem.

“Universitas Trisakti has taken a significant step forward in providing complete and professional health services. This shows that the university’s attention is not only focused on academic aspects but also on the well-being of students and faculty,” he said.

Usakti Foodhall, which was also inaugurated at this event, is designed as a culinary center offering a variety of healthy food options in a comfortable and modern atmosphere. The food hall serves as a strategic place for students and faculty to relax, socialize, and enjoy quality meals. In addition to providing food, Usakti Foodhall embraces an environmentally friendly concept by reducing the use of single-use plastics and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

The inauguration event concluded with a direct inspection of the two facilities by the invited guests. During the tour, participants had the opportunity to see the facilities and services offered by Usakti Prima Medika and Usakti Foodhall firsthand and discuss the programs that will be implemented in the future with the management.

With the addition of these two facilities, Universitas Trisakti hopes to continue providing the best services for students, faculty, and the entire campus community, and to keep innovating in creating a healthier, more comfortable, and supportive campus environment for teaching and learning.
