Building Academic Collaboration: Visit of the Faculty of Engineering, Sultan Agung Islamic University to the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, Universitas Trisakti

The exchange of knowledge and experience between universities is one of the key pillars in the development of higher education. The Faculty of Engineering, Sultan Agung Islamic University (Unissula), visited the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, Universitas Trisakti (Usakti), on June 6, 2024. This visit aimed to broaden insights, deepen cooperation, and strengthen the network between educational institutions.

In his welcome address, the Dean of FTSP Usakti, Dr. Ir. A. Hadi Prabowo, S.T., M.T., expressed his hopes that this visit would lead to closer collaboration between the two campuses in various fields.

“This visit is an important moment to strengthen inter-university relationships and broaden insights in the fields of civil engineering and planning. I hope we can foster closer cooperation in research, education, and community service. Let us use this opportunity to enrich our knowledge and create a positive impact on the development of science,” said Dr. Ir. A. Hadi Prabowo, S.T., M.T.

The visit was attended by the Dean of FT Unissula, Dr. Abdul Rochim ST MT, the Head of the Doctoral Program in Civil Engineering, the Head and Secretary of the Master’s Program in Civil Engineering at Unissula, the Deans of FTSP Usakti, and the academic community of Civil Engineering at Usakti. This visit continues the existing relationship, focusing on improving the quality of education and research in civil engineering and planning. The visit of the Faculty of Engineering, Unissula to the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, Usakti is a concrete step in strengthening inter-university collaboration. Through the exchange of knowledge, experience, and resources, both universities hope to continue contributing to the development of science and technology, as well as preparing the younger generation to face future challenges.
