In an effort to improve health and fitness, the Rector of Universitas Trisakti, Prof. Dr. Ir. Kadarsah Suryadi, DEA, along with the university’s leadership team, conducted a morning exercise session in the campus jogging area on Saturday, June 1, 2024. The event, which started at 7:00 AM Western Indonesian Time, was also attended by Vice Rectors II and IV, the Director of the Campus Management Institute, and the Head of the General Administration Bureau. The morning exercise included stretching exercises and a leisurely walk around the jogging area. A sense of camaraderie and team spirit was clearly visible throughout the activity.
In his remarks, Rector Prof. Dr. Ir. Kadarsah Suryadi, DEA, shared his tips for maintaining health.
“The tips for maintaining health include walking at least 3.5 km or the equivalent of 1000 steps. This helps me realize the importance of maintaining health by exercising regularly. Additionally, Universitas Trisakti has already provided facilities for exercising, such as a gym and a student center,” said Prof. Kadarsah.
Afterwards, the leaders continued to tour the campus to directly observe the ongoing construction projects in the campus area. With activities like this, Universitas Trisakti hopes to create a healthier, more productive, and harmonious working and learning environment.
