PIB College, in collaboration with Universitas Trisakti, organized the 7th international webinar with the theme “Generative Artificial Intelligence: Revolutionizing Sustainable Tourism Worldwide” on March 26, 2024, via Zoom meeting. On this occasion, the Rector of Universitas Trisakti, Prof. Dr. Ir. Kadarsah Suryadi, DEA., was present and gave the opening remarks. During the event, he conveyed that Generative AI can enhance guest experience services in various aspects. The presence of AI provides revolutionary opportunities for the future of sustainable tourism.

Furthermore, Prof. Dr. Ir. Anastasia Sulistyawati, M.M., M.S., M.Mis., D.Th., Ph.D., D.Ag, as the Director of PIB College, also delivered a welcome speech. Also present was Dr. Willy Arafah, M.M., DBA., a lecturer from FEB Usakti, as a speaker, as well as other speakers from both Indonesia and abroad.

It is hoped that this webinar will contribute to the advancement of Indonesian tourism amidst the proliferation of AI technology.
