Universitas Trisakti has established two limited liability companies, namely PT Tri Sakti Prima Usaha, which will operate in the non-medical field in collaboration with the Cooperative of the Faculty of Economics and Business, with the following board of directors:

• Richy Wijaya W, S.E., M.M (Managing Director)
• Dra. Mustamina Maulani, M.T (Director)

Meanwhile, PT Tri Sakti Prima Medika will collaborate with the Cooperative of the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, which will focus on Human Health Activities and Social Activities, with the following board of directors:

• Dr. dr. Raditya Wratsangka, Sp.OG (Managing Director)
• drg. Marta Juslily, M.B.A., M.K.G (Director)

The board of commissioners for both PT consists of:

• Prof. Dr. drg. Tri Erri Astoeti, M.Kes (Chairman Commissioner)
• Ir. Yoska Oktaviano, M.T (Commissioner)
• Prof. Dr. Khomsiyah, Ak., CA., CGMA., (Commissioner)

The establishment of PT Tri Sakti Prima Usaha and PT Tri Sakti Prima Medika was signed by the Head of the Trisakti Foundation, Prof. Ainun Naim, PhD, and witnessed by a notary.

The event was attended by the Head, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Trisakti Foundation, the leadership of Universitas Trisakti, the leadership of the cooperatives of the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, as well as the Cooperative of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Trisakti. The signing took place in the Multipurpose Room of Building M, Universitas Trisakti, on March 20, 2024.

Prof. Dr. Ir. Kadarsah Suryadi, DEA, the Rector of Universitas Trisakti, appreciates the Trisakti Foundation for gradually building a legacy for Universitas Trisakti. The establishment of the two PTs within the Trisakti Foundation is undoubtedly of great benefit to the advancement of Universitas Trisakti, especially in terms of revenue beyond student fees.

Prof. Ainun Naim, PhD, Chairman of the Trisakti Foundation, also mentioned that this is one of the steps to fulfill the needs of institutions that support higher education at Universitas Trisakti. Both companies are owned by the Foundation.

Hopefully, these two PT will grow and support the higher education services provided by Universitas Trisakti.
