The Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Universitas Trisakti held an Academic Collaboration in Brunei Darussalam from March 5th to March 8th, 2024. During this visit, FEB Trisakti collaborated with several universities and institutions in Brunei by engaging with the Indonesian Community Association in Brunei Darussalam and the Indonesian Student Association in Brunei Darussalam.

On the first day in Brunei, the FEB Trisakti team visited the Indonesian Embassy, where they were welcomed by Mrs. Endang Dewi Mardeyani, SH, MH (Coordinator of Education, Social, and Cultural Functions) and Mr. Febry Elsafrino (Counselor for Information and Socio-Cultural Affairs) of the Indonesian Embassy in Brunei Darussalam.

The universities visited were:

1. Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA), with agendas including MOU Signing, International Conference, Colloquium, Curriculum Benchmarking, and Guest Lectures.
2. Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) and Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB), with agendas including Curriculum Benchmarking, Quality Assurance, and Exploring Collaboration.

The institutions visited were:

1. TAIB (Islamic Trust Fund Corporation Brunei), an Islamic financial institution assisting in fulfilling the pilgrimage obligations of Muslims.
2. Badan Tanmiah, an institution under the Brunei Islamic Religious Council managing Baitul Mal assets for the future interests of Muslims in Brunei.

Additionally, FEB Trisakti organized an International Community Service Program (PKM) in collaboration with PERMAI, focusing on “Financial Literacy, Financial Digitalization, Retirement Preparation, and Entrepreneurship”. This PKM activity was attended by 37 Indonesian migrant workers in Brunei Darussalam.

During this visit, FEB Trisakti brought along a delegation of 20 members, including:
