“In-depth Discussion on Taxable Income Final Settlement (TER), Latest Income Tax Calculation (PP 58/2023 and PMK 168/2023)”

The Accounting Profession Education Program (PPA) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti (FEB Usakti), held a seminar themed “IN-DEPTH DISCUSSION ON TAXABLE INCOME FINAL SETTLEMENT (TER), LATEST INCOME TAX CALCULATION (PP 58/2023 AND PMK 168/2023)”. This event is the result of collaboration between PPA FEB Usakti and the Tax Accountant Compartment of IAI (KAPj IAI). The seminar, held on February 27, 2024, at the Auditorium of Building S, 8th floor FEB, was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti, Dr. Yolanda Masnita Siagian, MM.

The purpose of this event is to discuss the implementation of PPh 21 calculation using the newly applied average effective rate (TER) starting from January 2024 by the government. The holding of this event is also expected to serve as a means of socialization to the public regarding the implementation of the new tax calculation. Additionally, it aims to provide knowledge to FEB Usakti students regarding the taxation world. Key speakers at this event included Prof. Jhon Hutagaol (Chairman of KAPj IAI) and two competent speakers in their fields:

Ratna Febrina (Tax Partner SF Consulting Integrated Professional Solutions) Licke Bieattant, SE, M.Ak (Lecturer of Taxation D3 FEB Usakti). Participants welcomed this event as a valuable opportunity to enhance their knowledge in managing tax aspects, especially related to PPh 21.
