The dental oath holds a significant role as a commitment binding practitioners to conduct their practice with high ethical standards and prioritizing the health and interests of patients. This oath serves as a moral foundation in carrying out their profession. The Faculty of Dentistry at Universitas Trisakti has once again produced 49 new dentists and 11 specialists in dental conservation during the oath-taking ceremony for new dentists and the release of dental conservation specialists in the second odd semester of the academic year 2023/2024 at the Peninsula Hotel Tower, Jakarta, held on February 26, 2024.

The event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Usakti, Dr. drg. Wiwiek Poedjiastuti, M.Kes, Sp.BM., PhD, and attended by the academic community of FKG Usakti and invited guests. Vice Rector IV, Prof. Dr. drg. Tri Erri Astoeti M.Kes FISDPH., FISPD, appreciated this outstanding achievement and reaffirmed the university’s commitment to supporting academic achievement and professional development of its students. She also congratulated the graduates on their success and hoped that this achievement would mark the beginning of a brilliant career journey in the field of dentistry.

The top graduate among the new dentists is drg. Chaterina Anjelia, S.K.G with a GPA of 3.65, followed by the top graduate among dental conservation specialists, drg. Faustine Katrini, Sp.KG with a GPA of 3.84. Additionally, the recipients of the Best National CBT UMP2DG Scores for the period 1 of 2024 are drg. Devina Arista Suhendro, S.K.G with a score of 94.17 and drg. Febria, S.K.G with a score of 93.33. Furthermore, the recipients of the highest scores in the national competency exam for dental conservation specialists for the period 3 of 2023 are drg. Reynaldo Lambertus, Sp.KG with a score of 82.91, drg. Miranti Putri D., Sp.KG with a score of 82.08, and drg. Widya Wulandari, Sp.KG., with a score of 81.25. These achievements are not only a source of pride for the university but also provide inspiration and motivation for future generations of dental students to continue developing their potential and achieving excellence in the field of dentistry.
