News from: Professional Accounting Education Program

In an accounting seminar organized by the Professional Accounting Education Program (PPA) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti, on Saturday, December 9, 2023, the latest developments in PSAK and ISAE 3410 were discussed. The discussion highlighted the importance of adapting to significant changes in accounting and assurance standards that have a major impact on accounting practices in Indonesia.

The event was opened by Dr. Vinola Herawaty, Ak., M.Sc, CA, the Head of the Professional Accounting Education Program (PPA) at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti. Dr. Vinola Herawaty, Ak, M.Sc, CA, in her opening remarks, stated that this activity is a routine work program of PPA Usakti, and through such activities, camaraderie among students can be enhanced, and it is also hoped that students can get to know each other better.

• Moderator Ling-Ling, SE., Ak, M.Ak, CA, CPA, ASEAN CPA, Director of PT. Noble Fusion Partner and PT. Multi Dinamika Gempita, Audit Committee Member of PT Inti Bangunan Sejahtera TBK (Chairman of the Alumni Association of PPAk FEB Usakti)
  

During the two-day event at The Jayakarta Anyer Hotel, not only were there seminars from the speakers but there were also Fun Games with various interesting and exciting games. This was aimed at allowing participants to get to know each other better, both from the Grogol and Mega Kuningan campuses. The total number of participants in this event was 158 students.
