Promotion and Admissions
This unit has tasks:
- Preparing promotional materials and executing Digital Marketing for the purpose of New Student Admission (PMB).
- Establishing partnership cooperation with schools.
- Functioning as Universitas Trisakti’s Customer Service and providing information on new student admission procedures.
- Conducting periodic analysis and evaluation of promotional and marketing activities to determine appropriate marketing strategies.
Benefits:
- Access to registration procedure services for prospective new students.
- Assisting in resolving obstacles and issues faced by prospective new students in the registration and payment process.
- Serving as an Information Center for the general public and prospective new students.
Service Targets:
All members of the general public, especially prospective new students.
Service Procedures:
Every member of the general public, especially prospective new students, can come during office hours (Monday – Friday at 08:00 – 16:00 WIB and Saturday at 08:00 – 13:00 WIB) to obtain information through Promotion and Admissions Unit staff. All services can also be done via phone, WhatsApp message, or Direct Message through social media accounts.
