This unit has tasks:

  1. Preparing promotional materials and executing Digital Marketing for the purpose of New Student Admission (PMB).
  2. Establishing partnership cooperation with schools.
  3. Functioning as Universitas Trisakti’s Customer Service and providing information on new student admission procedures.
  4. Conducting periodic analysis and evaluation of promotional and marketing activities to determine appropriate marketing strategies.

Benefits:

  1. Access to registration procedure services for prospective new students.
  2. Assisting in resolving obstacles and issues faced by prospective new students in the registration and payment process.
  3. Serving as an Information Center for the general public and prospective new students.

Service Targets:

All members of the general public, especially prospective new students.

Service Procedures:

Every member of the general public, especially prospective new students, can come during office hours (Monday – Friday at 08:00 – 16:00 WIB and Saturday at 08:00 – 13:00 WIB) to obtain information through Promotion and Admissions Unit staff. All services can also be done via phone, WhatsApp message, or Direct Message through social media accounts.
